Dr. Patricia Holness has had her major training and certification in Religious Education and Counseling, Finance and Records and Information Management. She was instrumental in transforming Jamaica’s major Records and Information Management Centre – The Registrar General’s Department, from a manual system, to embrace and apply the opportunities available both in electronic records management and cyber space activities. She holds Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the UWI (Mona) and a Doctorate Degree in Christian Education and Counseling from the University of Grace and Truth Indianapolis, Indiana USA.
